Cops raid dagga lab in Parklands, two arrested
Police raided the property & found two rooms had been converted into a hydroponic lab.
CAPE TOWN - Two people have been arrested after police discovered a dagga laboratory a Parklands home, in Cape Town.
Police raided the complex property last night and found two rooms had been converted into a hydroponic lab.
They confiscated numerous dagga plants, dagga and equipment used in the manufacturing of marijuana.
The police's Debbie Alard says, "The dagga is estimated to be worth a substantial amount; a 47-year-old female and a 47-year-old male were arrested and will appear in the Cape town Magistrates Court on Monday."
